In an article in yesterday's Guardian, the new George Smiley, Gary Oldman, speaks of his desire to study at the Blackheath Conservatoire.
He say's "Anything I've been passionate about, yeah. When I was younger, I played piano and decided when I was around 13 I wanted to study at the Blackheath Conservatoire of Music – I don't know whether the rioters burned it down, it might still be there."
Well Gary, it is still here, the rioters perhaps felt the Conservatoire didn't have anything worth stealing, after all they specialise in education and talent.
